Have you ever came across a gallery on dA that was nothing but porn but it was all marked as an "artistic nude" and dA policy had no problem with that? Well, I did.

Now here comes the opposite paradox. Some time ago I found *Styush's gallery and I was really amazed by the beauty this photographer creates. Her photos are nothing but soft and gentle example of the warmth family can create.

So I was really shocked when I found out there are people who consider it a child-porn, encouraging pedophiles etc. and what's worst - the dA admins usually don't hesitate to delete any work those fools report. They usually refer to dA FAQ (funny how close is the "FAQ" to "f**k you" ) [link] , this part to be precise:

• No female between the ages of two (2) and eighteen (18) may be depicted topless or implied to be topless in any manner whatsoever.

If you've seen *Styush's gallery I'm sure you'll find that ridiculous just as I do. The way she takes her photographs there's no sexual subtext at all (unless you're perverted so you see sex in everything). Also, calling this "encouraging pedophiles" is nonsense as I doubt they see any difference if the girl is or isn't wearing a shirt. Many opposers of her art even claim to be protecting the girl. But I have to ask - what are they protecting her from? No one can find out more than the fact they live in Los Angeles. That's nearly four million people so it's quite impossible anyone could find and harm her. And pedophiles have their own sources of nasty photos, that's for sure. Moreover, if some of them actually come across *Styush's gallery and do "you-know-what", well, it's disgusting, yet maybe some of them will be "satisfied" at this point and they will be able to tame their twisted desires so they won't really abuse any child out there.

So, what I'm saying is:

Please, don't kill pure and beautiful art just to strictly follow the rule that certainly wasn't meant for cases like that. Please, let *Styush share the beauty she creates with everyone. There's nothing wrong about it!
